For overseas delivery - if your country is not listed please use the 'contact me' form, stating your country and postcode / zipcode and I will reply to you with a shipping quote as soon as possible.
Return Policy - If for any reason you would like to return a piece of art, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. If the painting has been damaged whilst in your care then this voids the policy. Customer pays return postage. Please contact me for the return address.
The 14 day policy applies for all purchases, including purchases made via payment installment plans. Paintings bought via instalment plans must be paid for within 10 months of the first instalment. Instalments are non-refundable after the first 14 days of first instalment payment.
Commissions - A 25% non-refundable deposit is to be paid upfront, the remaining 75% on completion of the painting, and no later than 7 days after completion.
